History

In 2001, Graduating from High School I had no idea what I wanted to do for a living. My uncle asked me an important question: "If money were no object, what would you do to occupy your time?"

That question pushed me toward technology, I loved to take electronic items apart and put them back together, and even was building computers for friends out of spare parts. I set out to learn as much as I could about the technology field. I have spent the last 21 years working toward that effort, while watching the industry I love change in ways i never thought possible. I still have a thirst for knowledge and experience.

I have however witnessed massive issues with how our industry operates, and how the businesses we support in turn support us.

After getting my Bachelors in Computer Information Systems/Business Information Systems, I began to build my dream for an ideal contractible IT MSP/ DAAS ( Department as a Service). That's what Five-Star Technology was formed to do.

I have served on service desks of Dial-up internet and Legal Web Service providers. I them moved more into the LegalIT space, starting in the Service Desk, then transitioning to Local IT, Application Support, Application Engineer, and Most recently Senior Applications Administrator over complex server-client software critical for firm business and operations.
